How to use:
1) Spray onto your skin and rub in well. Apply it directly to the part of your body that is sore or strained. Avoid contact with eyes and it can tingle sensitive skin. Try diluting with water or rinsing off after 20 minutes.

Tip: Apply to the soles of your feet before bed.
