Directions : - Home/office scent - Add up to 10 drops with water into an essential oil burner/plug in diffuser - For Massage - add 10 drops (0.5ml) to 15ml carrier oil. - Shower steam - add 5 drops to a damp cloth and place in the shower cubicle base and enjoy the scent evaporation

Caution : Do not use directly on skin unless pre-blended with a carrier oil at up to a 3% dilution. Do not use during pregnancy and with infants. Do not ingest. For external use only.
